Terms of Use
1. What Follower Heights is
Follower Heights is a free online game: people who follow our Instagram account @followerheights get a virtual flat in a virtual skyscraper at followerheights.com. The tower grows as more people move in. By moving in or using the wish list you accept these Terms.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You may move in only with your own Instagram nickname. One flat per person.
3. Your flat and your nickname
- Your flat, its furniture and every other item in the game are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and do not belong to you as property.
- When you move in you agree that your Instagram nickname is shown on the wall of your flat and anywhere else in the game.
- We may ask you to confirm that you follow us and that the nickname is yours, for example by posting a code in a comment. Unconfirmed flats may be freed after a reasonable time.
- Your browser remembers your sign-in. Do not share it; you are responsible for what happens in your flat.
4. Wishes
You can ask for things in your flat by commenting under our newest Instagram post. We pick wishes at random and decide what fits a real flat. There is no right to have a wish fulfilled. By commenting you allow us to show your comment, your nickname and the result in the game and in our posts, reels and stories.
5. Free gift and villa draws
- Each player can claim one free gift, once per person and once per e-mail address. Creating extra accounts or using other people's e-mails to get more gifts is not allowed.
- From time to time a randomly chosen e-mail wins a virtual villa on the plots behind the tower. No purchase is needed to take part and buying something does not increase your chances.
- Gifts and villas are virtual items with no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
6. Paid extras and support
If we offer paid virtual items or a way to support the game, the price, what you get and the payment provider are shown before you pay. Virtual items are delivered immediately; if you ask for immediate delivery you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the item is delivered, as allowed by EU consumer law. Your other statutory rights are not affected.
7. Fair play
Do not: pretend to be someone else, use offensive or illegal nicknames, try to break or overload the game, use bots or scripts to claim flats or gifts, or harass other players. We may remove content, free flats or block access if these rules are broken.
8. Our content
The game, its graphics, name and code belong to the operator. You may share screenshots and videos of the game, for example in your stories, as long as you do not suggest they are official without our permission.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the game running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end the game or any feature. If we end the game we will announce it on Instagram in advance where possible.
10. Liability
The game is provided free of charge "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change is important we will tell you in the game.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may bring a claim in its courts.
